5 Indian Cricketers Who Were Banned By BCCI For Age Fraud

Age-frauding might be one of the biggest crime when it comes to sports. Since age has a lot of restrictions and most of the matches are held up according to age and category.

But there are times when cricketers frauded their age which made them get banned and face severe drawbacks due to their unprofessional behavior.

Rahul Dravid once described that age frauding in cricketers is one of the most heinous crimes. It also might destroy one’s career as a cricketer since there are chances of them getting banned from participating in matches. If participants are found guilty saying that their birth year is different from the year mentioned on their birth certificate. It gets them a ban of 2 years from participating in any age-measured cricket tournaments.
